After 12 years of walking in women’s shoes and helping them achieve their career goals, the Red Shoe Movement believes it’s time to bring to our community a collection of walking and running shoes that will allow everyone to explore the world in comfort. This collection invites those who step into it to try on the role of the curious Explorer as they move around their daily lives. We are calling it:

The collection aligns with the Red Shoe Movement’s (RSM) core Mutual Mentoring Methodology which calls for people to alternate the role of Expert and Explorer throughout their day in order to feel engaged and empowered at work and in their personal lives.
